Dan went above and beyond helping us find the right swing set to meet the needs of our family! We ended up purchasing the Cedar Summit from Costco. My husband is very handy and loves to build things so it was hard for him to pay someone else to put our swing set together. But after reading multiple reviews on various websites and talking to other families that put their own together, the process just seemed like a nightmare. So we hired Dan and my husband instantly was satisfied with our (my) descision. He was so impressed how level and sturdy the swing set is and truly could not believe how fast they put this thing up! Something that would have taken my husband several days to complete after work was done in just a few hours!!
Dan and his partner were very friendly and have a lot of knowledge about swing sets. They arrived promptly and worked quickly. They cleaned up all the cardboard and wrappings which was not expected but completely appreciated!
Overall, this experience was truly amazing. It is so hard to find friendly, reliable, prompt and neat workers at a reasonable cost. So if you are even considering buying a swing set, let these two gentlemen build it for you and enjoy all the hours you would have wasted (probably swearing an awful lot) with your children.

Dan was fantastic. I wasn't sure we could even have a playset based on the slope of my yard. He came for a nominal fee and told me the best place to put the playset, that yes we could have one. The day of the installation he showed up on time, very professional as was his helper. He is very patient and VERY concerned with safety. He was able to redesign the Rainbow Double Decker from Costco so that it would utilize the most level part of the yard. He also customized it for me and added monkey bars and a glider. He added a wood beam and moved my trapeze bar and rings to accomodate the glider. It was like having an engineer put it together. I can't say enough praise about Dan. He is an extremely talented guy. He is worth every dollar he charges.

Dan and his coworker Milton Did an amazing job building our son's swing set. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable on ALL the sets I considered purchasing, he returned my e-mail promptly, arrived on time and put together the swing set within a few hours (it would have taken us weeks!). He had good advice on where to place it in our yard based on high and low laying areas and even gave us a tip on how we could lay a barrier around it and put mulch down to help with muddy areas (he could have charged us more to do that but he explained how easy is was to do ourselves). Dan was worth every penny and more. I called the owner over a year before I purchased my swing set for his advice on what I should look for (eg cosmetic vs. safety features) and his opinion on different brands- he was honest, unbaised and thorough in discussing all the options. As a result I was able to save a lot of money and got a fantastic set. He and his team were friendly, fast, reliable and trustworthy and put up our extremely complicated set in less than a day. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and have already done so to my neighbors. Great contractors all round.

A friend referred Dan Swing set Services to me, and it was one of my best customer service experiences. The man i spoke to on the phone (Daniel) is very polite, extremely professional, and very helpful. The morning of my appointment both workers were punctual. They did everything to make sure that my backyard and the area that i wanted to install the play-set on was safe for my kids. The end result was great, they took 3 hours to finish and they made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered. Overall i highly recommend this company, they did a wonderful job.

Dan provided us with great customer service, advice and best of all a super speedy deliver & install on a swing set he had in stock that we would've waited 2-3 weeks for Costco to ship! They were fast in the installation, kept the yard clean and nicely packed up the refuse for us and even spoke to us about recommended maintenance, ground covering etc. Dan was referred to us by a happy neighbor and we'll be happy to refer him along!

I highly recommend The Home Depot site for all your swing set needs. The carry all kinds of playsets from the smaller space saver, to the huge monster size swingset. All accessories, playset attachments, swings and hardware. Backed by a great customer service and quality products to please every customer.
Although Costco.com does not have a great variety of swing sets models available on their website, the few available are of great quality. In the Spring/Summer they usually have a swing set display available in the store (typically made by Cedar Summit, Kid Kraft) for a very affordable price. So this year be sure to visit a Costco near you to check their latest model. Costco is also great if you're looking to buy Gorilla Playsets and Lifetime swing sets.
Yes. Walmart sells good swing sets too! Walmart site is great if you're not looking to spend a lot on a swing set. Their smaller swing set models are good for younger kids, up to 5 years old max. Sometimes they have great deals on Gorilla Playsets as well. Walmart has swing sets sold exclusively at their website, so some models you will not be able to find anywhere else. Check them out!

Obviously there are hundreds of reputable websites out there selling swing sets at a great price. I recommend anyone looking to buy a swing set to buy from well-known websites. Make sure you call the website before you make the purchase to see if they have item in stock for delivery. I have seen some places take up to 4-5 weeks to deliver a swing set, just because they had a price a few dollars lower than the competitor.
